Last updated: April 2026

TVA non applicable — article 293 B du Code gĂ©nĂ©ral des impĂŽts.

The student or young graduate using the services of GlobalInternship will be referred to hereinafter as the "Participant". These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions under which GlobalInternship provides its support and international placement services.

1Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms under which GlobalInternship provides a support and international placement service between students or young graduates (hereinafter "the Participant") and host companies offering internships abroad.

GlobalInternship acts exclusively as a support and intermediation service provider.

2Nature of Service

The service includes:

  • Analysis of the Participant profile
  • Assistance with CV preparation and applications
  • Matching with partner companies
  • Follow-up during the recruitment process

GlobalInternship does not guarantee obtaining an internship, nor the final conditions offered by the host company.

The obligation of GlobalInternship constitutes an obligation of means and not of result.

3Contract Formation

Acceptance of these GTC occurs upon the Participant registration on the platform or upon any equivalent electronic validation.

The Participant expressly acknowledges that the performance of the service begins as soon as the support and placement process starts.

The service contract is deemed fulfilled when:

  • A host company offers an internship to the Participant, and
  • The Participant explicitly accepts this offer, in writing or electronically.

4Financial Conditions

Registration and participation in the search process are free.

Service fees become due only when:

  • The Participant accepts an internship offer obtained through GlobalInternship.

Payment is made via the secure Stripe platform or any other proposed method.

Once the offer is accepted, fees are due as a result of the completion of the placement service.

5Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Participant has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from registration.

However, as no payment is required before accepting an internship, withdrawal before this stage incurs no charges.

After acceptance of the internship, the service being considered fully performed, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

6Internship Cancellation

6.1 Cancellation by the Participant

In case of refusal or abandonment of the internship after acceptance, service fees remain fully due.

6.2 Cancellation by the Host Company

If the company cancels the internship before its start date for reasons independent of the Participant and GlobalInternship, the following may be offered at GlobalInternship discretion:

  • A new priority search, or
  • A partial commercial refund, depending on the state of service execution.

This provision does not constitute an acknowledgment of liability.

7Limitation of Liability

GlobalInternship is not responsible for:

  • Final decisions of companies
  • Working conditions, tasks, or compensation
  • Administrative refusals or delays (visas, authorizations)
  • Cancellation or modification of the internship by a third party
  • Any event beyond its control

The contractual relationship related to the internship exists exclusively between the Participant and the host company.

8Participant Obligations

The Participant agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process
  • Inform GlobalInternship of any communication with a presented company

9Anti-Circumvention Clause

The Participant acknowledges that companies presented by GlobalInternship constitute protected professional contacts.

Consequently, for a period of twelve (12) months from the introduction:

  • The Participant shall not directly conclude an internship or collaboration with an introduced company without going through GlobalInternship.
In case of circumvention, a lump-sum indemnity equivalent to the service fees shall be due. This indemnity is due regardless of any additional legal action.

10Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It may be shared with partner companies exclusively as part of the recruitment process.

The Participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon request.

11Force Majeure

GlobalInternship shall not be held liable for non-performance resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to: health crises, government decisions, international conflicts, or administrative impossibility beyond its control.

12Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office of GlobalInternship.

13Acceptance

Electronic validation of these GTC constitutes full and unconditional acceptance.

14Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Participant may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

After prior written contact with GlobalInternship, the Participant may contact:
