Key responsibilities include:
Participating in the updating and management of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, blogs) and digital communication in general.
Contributing to the updating of the website and disseminating information on external platforms (forums, event sites, classifieds, etc.).
Enriching and updating the contact database with new potential partners: businesses, NGOs, museums, and cultural institutions.
Supporting the organization of courses and communication with students (registrations, email responses, administrative and logistical follow-up).
Participating in the promotion of cultural and educational events (meetings, workshops, clubs, etc.).
Contributing to the creation of visual content (photos, videos) to enhance visibility and external communication.
Assisting in conducting surveys or competitive analyses, as needed.
And more broadly, providing versatile support to the team in implementing its daily actions.
