The internship is divided into two parts: the first focused mainly on event operations and the second on cross-functional projects defined according to the company's needs as well as your skills and interests.

Setting up and packing equipment before and after events
Welcoming guests, registration, and managing payments
Creating connections between participants and facilitating groups according to defined criteria
Coordinating social activities: games, karaoke, contests, etc.
Taking photos, videos, and creating content for marketing
Coordinating and resolving issues with guests, venues, partners, and the team
Regular reporting and analysis of results
Collecting feedback through surveys or questionnaires
(Optional) Training, mentoring, and supporting new team members
🚀 Cross-Functional Projects (depending on profile)
Administration: bookings, accounting, planning, purchasing, and equipment management
Design/Editing: creating videos, image retouching, designing templates on Canva
Marketing: content management, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads
Community Management: responding to messages, emails, and comments
Brand Ambassador: representing the brand and participating in video content
Development: planning and launching new events
Systematization: improving processes, writing internal procedures
Sales: researching new partners and collaborators
Human Resources: pre-selecting CVs and conducting initial interviews with candidates
IT: updating the website and proposing improvements (WordPress, Elementor)
