The intern will actively participate in welcoming and assisting travelers to provide them with a smooth and pleasant rental experience. This versatile role combines customer service, logistics, and operational management in a dynamic and international environment.
Main responsibilities:
Customer service & welcome: greeting clients at the airport and office, ensuring check-in (vehicle pickup) and check-out (return) procedures, presenting vehicle features (training provided), and answering questions about insurance, routes, and local activities.
Logistics & fleet: inspecting vehicles upon return, reporting any issues, and ensuring transfers between the office and the airport with the company shuttle.
Administration & operations: managing booking confirmations, documentation, and payments, responding to emails and phone calls, professionally handling disputes, maintaining a clean work environment, and organizing additional rental equipment.
