Internship - Customer Relations and Tourism - Iceland

As a customer relations and tourism intern, you will actively contribute to providing an exceptional experience for our clients. You will participate in identifying new business opportunities, continuously improving customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This internship will allow you to develop your communication, customer relationship management, and organizational skills in an international environment. 🎯 Main responsibilities: Identify relevant new business opportunities. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Develop internal procedures to optimize operations. Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries. Answer pre-sales questions via live chat and email. Ensure the delivery and return of campervans. Perform other occasional tasks related to operations.

Studies in tourism, communication, marketing, or a related field. Good level of English (oral and written). Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Valid driver's license. Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
