We are looking for a dynamic and involved intern to join our team as a Community Manager & Customer Service Assistant. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in customer relations, digital communication, and community management within a stimulating international environment. Your main tasks will include: Providing quality support to students and ensuring their satisfaction; Organizing and facilitating meetings and various activities for students; Participating in marketing actions and communication on social media to enhance visibility and community engagement; Contributing to other projects or missions as needed and prioritized by the team.

Requirements

Minimum degree of Bac+3, with prior experience in community management. Excellent command of English and French, both spoken and written.
