Internship – Project Management Assistant in Engineering and Construction - Toronto

You will assist the Project Manager in the construction and monitoring of luxury residences and stores in Toronto. This internship offers a comprehensive experience at the heart of high-end project management, in direct connection with design teams, suppliers, and clients. Your main tasks will be divided into three main areas: 1. Project Preparation and Coordination Participate in the preparation and management of construction projects; Consult and select suppliers; Ensure the interface between design teams, clients, and service providers; Monitor the development of workshop drawings and site planning; Participate in site meetings and prepare necessary contractual documents. 2. Site Monitoring and Logistics Assist in the daily monitoring of the site and produce progress reports; Organize the supply of materials and consumables; Manage transport logistics; Participate in site team management with the site manager; Ensure expense control and project costing. 3. Support for Execution Provide occasional assistance on various tasks as needed by the project manager.

Civil Engineering student (BAC+5), who has already gained initial experience in site management or construction, ideally internationally. Dynamic, versatile, rigorous, and willing, with excellent interpersonal skills and a real ability to adapt. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel). Fluent English is required; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a plus. A driving license is mandatory.
