Description

Within a tourism agency in Oman, you will actively participate in digital marketing, client communication, and operational management missions.

Your main tasks will include:

Managing and animating the agency's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages.

Responding to client inquiries via email and phone, and refining their needs.

Participating in responding to tenders and formulating personalized recommendations.

Evaluating and negotiating offers with hoteliers and local partners.

Ensuring the follow-up of client file production.

Discovering and using professional software in the tourism sector to create tailor-made circuits.

Collaborating with management on marketing projects and content creation related to destinations.

This internship offers a comprehensive view of the functioning of a receptive agency, encompassing communication, marketing, and operations, in an international and multicultural environment.

Requirements

Student in tourism, communication, or marketing, dynamic and curious, wishing to discover the functioning of a receptive agency internationally. You possess a good command of English, as well as good proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. With strong interpersonal skills, you demonstrate analytical and synthesis abilities, rigor, and autonomy in your work.
