Internship – Project Manager for Travel & Client Relations – Sri Lanka

The intern will participate in the design and coordination of tailor-made trips for an international clientele. He/she will contribute to the preparation of personalized quotes and itineraries, in collaboration with local partners (hotels, activity providers, transporters).

The internship also includes managing client relations before, during, and after the trip, ensuring quality service and personalized follow-up. The intern will participate in updating the databases of providers and collecting client feedback to continuously improve the travel experience.

This experience offers a complete immersion in the field of tailor-made tourism and international client relations, within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate is a native or bilingual French speaker, with a good level of conversational English. A confident communicator, he/she is comfortable with sales by phone and email and possesses a strong commercial sense coupled with a genuine passion for travel. Curious and agile, he/she wishes to learn and master booking systems while developing expertise in several international destinations.
