Within a receptive agency specializing in tailor-made and sustainable travel, the intern will join the operations team and participate in the daily management and smooth running of stays. He/she will play a key role in traveler satisfaction and the logistical coordination of services on the ground.
Responsibilities include managing payments and bookings with providers (accommodations, activities, transfers), following up on client files before and during the trip, as well as preparing travel itineraries and personalized attentions for travelers.
The intern will also contribute to updating the database and managing partner relationships, ensuring service quality and resolving unforeseen issues. Depending on needs, he/she may participate in cross-functional projects related to production, quality control, and continuous process improvement.
