Internship - Event Management within a Hotel Group - Brussels

• Participate in the planning and coordination of events and organized groups within the establishment.
• Assist in managing reservations as well as operational follow-up before, during, and after each event.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth and high-end customer experience.
• Support the team in preparing business proposals, communicating with clients, and managing administrative tasks.
• Discover the overall functioning of the Groups & Events service within a prestigious hotel environment.

• Student in hotel management or business school specialized in hospitality/tourism
• Good level of English and French required
