The intern will participate in the development of communication and the management of online communities comprising nearly 200,000 members. In collaboration with the sales team and in direct contact with the founder/CEO, he/she will help strengthen group engagement, create content, and support innovative marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage and animate community groups: respond to comments, encourage participation, and develop community growth.
• Create, write, and publish content for social media (Facebook, Instagram), including stories, captions, and visuals.
• Prepare and send newsletters while participating in the development of the editorial calendar.
• Monitor the performance of social platforms through regular reporting.
• Research and test new channels, formats, and strategies to energize communication.
• Participate in organizing “in-person” events and engage the community during social activities.
• Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with various teams to develop high-impact campaigns.
