The intern will support the operations team in preparing, coordinating, and following up on logistics for circuits and activities. He/she will participate in the daily management of operational tasks: preparing the necessary materials for circuits, organizing client documents, verifying assignments (ferries, guides, buses), updating passenger lists, and supporting the smooth running of itineraries.
The role will also include a customer service and sales dimension: phone reception, reservation management, assistance to the sales department, and participation in promotional events. The intern may also accompany certain circuits, assist guides, capture visual content for marketing purposes, and contribute to the animation of local activities.
Administrative tasks such as data entry, payments, reception, and file management will complement the missions, providing a complete immersion in the daily operations of a leading tourism company in Vancouver.
