Actively participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates through various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, specialized job boards, CV databases). Identify professional profiles that may be open to new opportunities, particularly through professional social networks. Contribute to prospecting potential client companies by analyzing their recruitment needs and updating tracking tools (reporting tables, databases). Ensure qualitative follow-up of applications, including drafting and sending feedback to unsuccessful candidates. Conduct market research: HR sector trends, salary levels, job evolution, and emerging opportunities. Research and compile professional events, trade shows, webinars, and networking actions related to human resources. Participate in weekly meetings with consultants, track the progress of missions, and integrate feedback to improve actions taken.

Requirements

Student in international trade, human resources, management, marketing, or equivalent field. Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and client relations. Ease in written and oral communication, with a professional and structured approach. Fluent in French and English (bilingual work environment).
