The intern will be involved in cross-functional tasks, combining recruitment and business prospecting, with an active role within the team.
Recruitment & sourcing
The intern participates in pre-qualification calls with candidates to assess their skills, motivations, and fit with client needs. He/she contributes to updating databases and the CRM, and supports sales teams in identifying relevant profiles.
Business development (SDR)
In parallel, the intern conducts telephone prospecting actions with new prospects. He/she qualifies needs, identifies business opportunities, and ensures a first level of exchange before passing on to the sales teams. He/she also participates in enriching lead databases and tracking tools.
Evolution of tasks
Depending on the intern's interests and the company's needs, tasks may evolve towards more responsibilities in recruitment, business development, and client relations.
