Description

The intern will join the technical and R&D teams to contribute to the analysis and optimization of ingredients and manufacturing processes used in industrial baking. He/she will participate in studying existing uses and exploring new applications in collaboration with research and innovation teams.

The internship will also allow participation in cross-functional projects, including technical testing and feasibility studies, in collaboration with various departments such as production, quality, and supply chain. The intern will develop skills in food science, production parameter analysis, and understanding industrial processes, while working in an international environment that fosters professional communication and intercultural adaptation.

Requirements

Student in food science and technology, food engineering, biotechnology, or equivalent field.

Strong interest in industrial processes, ingredient analysis, and food innovation.

Ability to work on technical projects in collaboration with different teams.
