Description

Integrated into the Customer Success team, the intern will provide operational support to the teams responsible for client relations and event follow-up.

Assist Customer Success Executives in the daily management of client projects and adherence to key deadlines before events.

Contribute to the online publication and updating of essential information on event technology platforms.

Update checklists and tracking tools to ensure the accessibility and reliability of information.

Participate in internal coordination with the various departments involved in event organization.

Discover and use various professional tools: CRM, event platforms, and project management tools.

Requirements

Student in management, events, tourism, business, or equivalent field.

Strong interest in customer relations, event organization, and operational environments.

Good level of English, both spoken and written.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer service-oriented individual.
