Internship - Customer Experience & Operations - Ireland

The intern assists French-speaking clients in designing and marketing personalized trips, providing tailored advice for each project. He/she manages the client relationship throughout the entire journey, from initial contact to post-trip follow-up. The internship includes coordinating bookings (accommodations, activities, services), preparing detailed and personalized travel documents, as well as operational follow-up of files. The intern collaborates daily with local international partners in English and actively participates in the continuous optimization of the customer experience.

Student in tourism, business, languages, international relations, or business school. Interest in sales, consulting, and B2C commercial relationships. Fluent French level essential (French-speaking clientele). Good level of English required.
