Integrated into the purchasing team, the intern participates in the smooth functioning of procurement processes and the reliability of supplier information: Assist the team in managing and updating supplier information within internal systems. Analyze and verify documents submitted by partners and service providers. Extract, control, and validate the data necessary for supplier tracking. Structure and organize information using advanced Excel tools. Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of supplier data. This internship allows for the development of key skills in purchasing, supplier management, and organization of internal processes.

Requirements

Student in management, purchasing, administration, finance, or equivalent field Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Very good command of Excel, including advanced functions, data modeling, and ideally VBA Comfortable in English, both written and spoken, in an international professional context
