Description

The intern works within the customer service department and actively participates in managing the traveler experience: Manage requests, reservations, and customer inquiries through various channels (email, phone, chat, and online booking platforms). Ensure follow-up on incidents during the stay (check-in, cleaning, maintenance) in coordination with operational teams. Guarantee clear, smooth, and professional communication with clients at every stage of their journey. Update and ensure the reliability of the reservation management system with the necessary information for the smooth running of stays. Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality. Collaborate closely with internal departments (cleaning, maintenance, property management) to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
