Ensure operational follow-up of deliveries in connection with logistics partners Coordinate exchanges between customer service, the warehouse, and external providers Manage logistical incidents (delays, anomalies, returns) and propose suitable solutions Analyze recurring issues to identify areas for improvement Contribute to optimizing logistics processes and reducing operational costs Participate in reporting and sharing internal performance indicators

Student in logistics, supply chain, management, business or equivalent Fluent French is essential Rigorous, organized, and problem-solving oriented Excellent written and oral communication skills Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, collaborative tools, CRM)
