The intern contributes to the smooth operation of the various operational services of the hotel to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience. They support the restaurant, bar, and reception teams as needed.
Their responsibilities include:
Participating in welcoming clients in dining and relaxation areas, ensuring comfort and quality of service.
Contributing to restaurant operations, including setup, buffet organization, assistance during services, and taking care of external clients.
Supporting bar teams (lobby bar, pool bar): preparing simple drinks, serving in the dining area, managing small cash operations, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
Ensuring certain tasks related to the arrival experience, such as preparing and setting up welcome drinks in rooms.
Collaborating closely with reception, dining, and housekeeping to ensure effective coordination between different services.
Adhering to internal procedures, hygiene standards, and brand standards to ensure consistent quality.
