Internship - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assistant – Vietnam

Description

The intern will participate in the entire recruitment process, both for internal needs and for the company's clients. He/she will contribute to identifying talents through various platforms, integrating profiles into the ATS system, and selecting the best candidates through CV analysis and initial interviews. The mission will also include the operational management of recruitment for clients: writing job offers, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates until contract signing, and regular exchanges with HR teams and external partners. The intern will also participate in developing the partner network (universities, freelancers, associations), managing HR communication tools (LinkedIn, career page, Facebook), as well as actions related to employer branding and monitoring the internal recruitment plan. Other tasks may be assigned based on the manager's needs.

Requirements

• Student in a Master's program in human resources, management, work psychology, or a related field, with a strong interest in recruitment and talent development. • Excellent communication skills, ability to assess profiles, and ease in interactions with candidates, clients, and partners. • Organization, autonomy, and initiative, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a dynamic international environment.
